Women's Workshop
BLOOM
•Sometimes we are our worst self critic. Is your self talk negative and self-defeating at times?
•Sometimes we treat the ones we love badly. Do you displace or project your frustrations onto others?
•Do you want to learn how to be more loving to yourself and your loved ones?
Let’s work on it together and BLOOM!
Be Loving to Ourselves and Others More
A healthy relationship with self and others takes empathy, forgiveness and effective communication. How do we actualize this knowledge? This is a group experience that involves experiential and interactive exercises. Sharing with others in a safe space helps us to grow and make positive change. The book Dr. Darlene’s Guide to “Bloom Again” will be referenced during the workshop.
Price per person $75. Register by paying via CashApp, Venmo or Zelle.
Next public session date, time and location to be announced.
*Private workshops offered to book clubs and organizations.
